CULTIVATING BALANCE & RESILIENCE TO STRESS

Every day, our bodies send us vital information about the state of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Too often we ignore or suppress our bodies’ stress signals because we assume they’re just a part of modern life (i.e., anxiety, digestive upset, burnout, etc.).

But these symptoms of imbalance are meant to show us when we’ve stepped out of alignment. They are warning signs to stop and retrace our steps—return to the trail, check the map and compass, and venture out again.

In this workshop, Raanah Amjadi will lead a discussion on how to identify and interpret signals of balance and imbalance within your unique system by strengthening your mind-body connection. Together, you’ll explore transformational tools such as breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry to help you come back to center and cultivate a greater individual and collective resilience to stress.

Following this workshop, attendees will be able to schedule a free 55-minute individual coaching session with Raanah to further explore these themes personally.
